City Of Waupun
The City of Waupun offers a number of venues to assist businesses. Those doing business or wishing to do business in downtown Waupun can take advantage of the programs the city has developed to bring our downtown back to vitality.

The Business Improvement District (BID) offers matching grants for exterior facade improvements, signage, parking lots and exterior building updates.

The Commmunity Development Authority (CDA) also offers matching grants and other assistance programs to revitalize downtown. The programs of the CDA are much broader based and offer building and business owners the opportunity to really make an impact differece. Fond du Lac Economic Development Corporation (FCEDC)
FCEDC is a major strategic partner in the economic development effort for Waupun and the surrounding areas. Although Waupun lies in both Dodge and Fond du Lac Counties, FCEDC does NOT limit its assistance to commerce in Fond du Lac County. FCEDC services Waupun commerce in both counties.
